Makis from Amfilohia and Matina from Didimotiho visited Kastriotissa in the past and fell for the tranquility, the natural beauty and the peaceful surroundings of this place. In one of their multiple visits to Kastriotissa, it occurred to them: ‘Let’s get married in this beautiful place!!’  … and so it happened : on July 19th their wedding took place in the renowned church of the Assumption of Theotokos Mary in Kastriotissa together with the baptism of their daughter Irene-Ioanna.
After the two ceremonies, the happy couple hosted a traditional feast with local menu for all the guests.
